Looking for a Facilities and Infrastructure Coordinator for the Gyumri Technology Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the maintenance of GTC’s physical premises and infrastructure, including office spaces and adjacent areas, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of GTC property and infrastructure; initiate and coordinate repair works when necessary.
  • Identify and address daily operational and facility-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor the performance of cleaning and support staff.
  • Supervise outsourced infrastructural service providers and ensure proper regulation of services.
  • Conduct market research and procure necessary materials, equipment, and services related to infrastructure and facilities in line with internal procedures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Manage all correspondence related to job responsibilities.
  • Report any urgent or unresolved issues to EIF and/or GTC operational management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and practical skills for maintaining and operating office facilities and physical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with market options for materials, supplies, and services relevant to the role.
  • Experience in coordinating construction or renovation work is considered an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills (at minimum: MS Word, MS Excel, and internet usage) are considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Armenian is required; knowledge of foreign languages is an asset.
