For the third consecutive year, UNICEF Armenia, the Game Changers Coalition, and the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) — in collaboration with the Gyumri and Vanadzor Technology Centers (VTC by EIF) and, in Syunik, the Sisian Co-Creation Lab and the soon-to-open Agarak Co-Creation Lab — are launching the “Gamechangers” free educational program, this year under the theme “Gamechangers: Earth Mode.”
The program is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) with the support of the Austrian Development Cooperation.
Program Overview
“Gamechangers: Earth Mode” is designed for youth aged 12-24 across Armenia, with special focus on Shirak, Lori, Syunik, Gegharkunik, Kotayk, Armavir, and Ararat regions. However, participation is open to young people from other regions as well.
This year’s program offers two parallel learning tracks, allowing participants to choose between:
- Game Development
- Multimedia Technologies (including animated videos, 2D/3D character design, vlogs, and short video content)
Depending on their chosen track, participants will work individually or in teams to create and present thematic final projects, which will be included in their professional portfolios.
In addition, both tracks will include modules on:
- Introduction to technology and innovation
- Soft skills development
- Environmental issues and solutions
