The pilot project Discover Campanhã is being developed through a collaborative effort between APPC – Associação do Porto de Paralisia Cerebral, Porto Digital, and the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) , along with its Technology Centers of Gyumri and Vanadzor. This initiative is part of CommuniCity, a European Union-funded program aimed at connecting communities, local governments, and technology providers across Europe to co-create scalable digital solutions for the benefit of wider society.
Discover Campanhã is a community-centered digital tool designed to provide everything residents might need to live and thrive in Porto—from access to social services and employment opportunities to local initiatives and practical support—all within a single, accessible space.
